Judicial officers process a lot of sensitive personal data on a daily basis. At Modero, the protection of privacy is therefore always key. We closely monitor the decisions of the Data Protections Authority and on the basis of this we further revies our own guidelines, so that both contractors and debtors can always trust us with their data.

Privacy first at Modero

Often the decisions of the Data Protection Authority concern privacy statements and/or the fact that customers were not informed of the processing of their personal data. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) closely monitors these decisions as well as our internal processes, so that we always correctly inform debtors of their rights and obligations with regard to their privacy.
