Marjan Van Gemert (Modero Antwerpen) was appointed as judicial officer on 8 December 2020. Her appointment has been published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 18 December 2020. Marjan has been active in the sector for 14 years, of which nearly 7 years at Modero.
Marjan helped set up Modero Limburg. Since the end of 2015, she has been is part of Modero Antwerpen. Within the Modero group, Marjan is responsible for streamlining processes between the different offices. In addition, she sometimes also lends a helping hand to the legal department. Lastly, she has already actively helped out in various execution departments of Modero Antwerpen, making her perfectly all-round deployable.
