What does Modero do?
At Modero, we strive to resolve and prevent payment conflicts. Our team members closely monitor each file. We focus on communication that lowers barriers and use smart technologies to achieve this.
What does your day look like?
- Create files and records.
- Carry out searches.
- Draft (reminder) letters.
- Handle correspondence and disputes.
- Negotiate, allow and monitor installment plans.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone contacts.
Your strengths?
- Accuracy and accuracy, a sense of precision.
- Independence.
- Stress resistance and discretion.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer friendliness.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and knowledge of French or other languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office software package (Outlook Express, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of legal practice, secretariat or accounting is an advantage, but not a must.
- Having 2-3 years of work experience is a plus.
