We find it important that we can help you optimally, so we take a critical look at our services. If you think a bailiff has made a mistake, we take that seriously. In many cases, we can solve a problem quickly by reviewing the file. Therefore, please contact our office first so that we can find an appropriate solution together.

How to file a complaint
You can reach us quickly via this form. You will receive a confirmation of receipt no later than 2 business days after you submitted your complaint. You will receive an answer 14 days after your complaint. If we are unable to do that, we will of course let you know.
