The process: From inventory to settlement
The organization of a public sale follows a strict and transparent process. After drawing up a detailed inventory, the goods are publicly announced via the legally required posters and any additional publicity to reach a wide audience. On the sales day itself, the bailiff conducts the auction and awards the goods to the highest bidder. After receipt of the funds, an accurate financial settlement follows, with the proceeds used to pay your claim.
Mediation
