What does your day look like?
- You are the point of contact for our client-clients and our client-debtors.
- Answer internal and external phone calls.
- You inform client-debtors as much as possible and you strive for the best solution for all parties involved from a tailor-made approach.
- Based on your thorough solvency research and proactive attitude, you will determine the best strategy on the file.
- You follow up on the files and you constantly switch between looking for solutions and informing everyone involved.
- You help monitor the quality of our acts and correspondence, which you also help draft yourself.
What are your strengths?
- You have a bachelor's degree and you are interested in legal matters. Relevant experience is a plus but certainly not a must.
- You are an inquisitive doer who wants to get to know the legal sector from the inside out.
- You learn quickly and like to think proactively.
- You think in a solution-oriented way, work in a structured and accurate way.
- You are very communicative, stress-resistant and feel good in a dynamic environment.
- Are you a professional and a real team animal? And yet you can also work independently?
- You handle confidential information discreetly.
- You have a good pen and a good sense of language and sentence structure. You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
