Your strengths?
- You have an accounting or administrative education or at least two years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience within a bailiff's office is certainly an asset;
- You have an accounting (study) background and get satisfaction from administrative work;
- You have a good work pace and put professional service first;
- You handle confidential information discreetly and are good at dealing with stress;
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently;
- You can work smoothly with MS Office software package (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- You have strong communication skills, Dutch has no secrets for you and you are fluent in speaking to people in French;
- You learn quickly and enjoy learning.
What does your day look like?
- You enter payments and invoices into the system;
- You create financial reports and analyze the figures from the system's files;
- You handle incoming billing and correspondence with the various suppliers;
- You are responsible for invoicing our customers and following up on reminders;
- You verify the outstanding costs;
- Together with the team, you develop and implement internal control procedures. This is to ensure that financial transactions are carried out accurately and in accordance with laws and regulations.
