Your strengths?
- You have completed administrative training or at least two years of experience in a similar position;
- You get satisfaction from administrative work and feel at home following administrative procedures;
- You handle confidential information discreetly and are good at dealing with stress;
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently;
- You can work smoothly with MS Office software package (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- You have strong communication skills, Dutch has no secrets for you and you are fluent in speaking to people in French;
- Archiving, inventory management and digitization have no secrets for you;
- You learn quickly and like to learn;
- You need challenges and work best with a varied range of tasks.
What does your day look like?
- You are the good family man or mother of the office who is responsible for building management, among other things;
- You develop an efficient and facility policy (workplace design and equipment, reception, building, purchasing), both at a strategic level for the organization and at a practical level for each employee;
- You ensure that all employees have an organized, pleasant and pleasant workplace (material, practical activities,...). You are therefore their first point of contact if you have questions or problems;
- Together with the support team, you maintain the inventory of office supplies and manage the budget;
- You are the first point of contact for suppliers and ensure that contracts and collaborations are optimized;
- You provide basic IT support to the team and initiate troubleshooting procedures.
