How does a Modero seizure work?

A seizure never comes just like that. Before Modero seizes, you have already seen us or received a letter. It is possible that a bailiff handed you and explained a verdict or it may be that he/she handed you a writ of execution.

Regardless of whether you have responded to it, Modero always sends a letter with a very last warning before proceeding with the seizure. Only then does the bailiff seize.
