What should I do if I understand and speak little or no Dutch?

At Modero, we try to formulate each letter as clearly as possible. If you don't speak Dutch, you have several options

• Use Modero Memo, an app that easily summarizes each letter from Modero and translates it into a language of your choice. This way, you immediately know what is in the letter and what is expected of you.
• Contact us, we speak different languages. If you're not comfortable calling yourself, you may ask if someone else you trust is calling for you. Please note that it is important that you are present during the phone call due to the applicable GDPR rules.
