A dispute must include three things:

  1. File number: Please include this number in your letter or email. This way, we immediately know which file it concerns.
  2. Reason for dispute: Explain why you are disputing the letter or why you think the information is incorrect. The clearer your explanation, the faster we can investigate this.
  3. Evidence: include anything that can support your point of view, such as receipts, agreements, or other documents.
