How do I know if my payment was successful?
There are 3 ways to check if we've received your payment. $
- Check your balance via KIWI
This is the fastest way to check if your payment has been registered. KIWI is our app/web application that lets you immediately see if your payment has been registered and your balance has been adjusted. You can also make payments via KIWI and you will automatically receive a confirmation.
- Contact Modero
If you do not have access to KIWI or you want extra security, you can contact us. Keep your file number handy, which can be found on the front of the letter you received from us. On request, we also provide written confirmation (by email or letter) of the status of your file and payments.
- Keep your receipt
This can be a receipt from your bank or confirmation from a payment platform. In case of doubt, this evidence can be used to verify the transaction.
Tip: Download the Kiwi app or install KIWI as a web application. KIWI offers an overview of your outstanding debts in one click. You can pay immediately or simply request an installment plan. In addition, KIWI sends you messages, such as reminders, so you don't miss any deadlines. This way, you avoid extra costs, you are in direct contact with your file manager and you remain the director of your finances.
