You can always suggest a repayment plan, but the final decision lies with the creditor. He is not obliged to accept a plan.
The bailiff discusses your proposal with the creditor and then informs you of the decision. If the plan is refused, the bailiff will let you know directly.
Important to know
- The creditor is not obliged to accept a plan. Therefore, make sure that your proposal is realistic and tailored to your financial situation.
- An installment plan usually runs for up to one year, with monthly or recurring payments. Additional costs may apply.
- Each approved plan is confirmed in writing.
