The message is to respond immediately. This is only possible in writing, by e-mail or by letter, to the office that is listed. This is the only way we can deal with your dispute correctly.
A dispute contains at least the following three elements.
- File number: Please include this number in your letter or email. This way, we immediately know which file it concerns.
- Reason for dispute: explain in your words why you are disputing the letter or why you think the information is incorrect. The clearer your explanation, the faster we can investigate this.
- Evidence: include anything that can support your point of view, such as receipts, agreements, or other documents. The better you help us, the faster we will find a solution.
