Do I have to pay immediately when the bailiff visits?

No. You are not obliged to pay immediately, but it is possible.

Our bailiffs provide various options: cash, via the QR code on your letter or via the Kiwi app.

Even now, you have the option to pay the outstanding amount at once or request an installment plan or obtain a temporary delay.

Do you have structural financial problems? Discuss it with the bailiff who can help you get to emergency services such as the CPAS or at Modero One, Modero's internal mediation service. They can help you (re) become the director of your finances yourself.
