What to do depends on the situation:
1. The letter is in your name but contains errors
Contact Modero and include your file number. Explain what information you think is wrong. The file manager will check and adjust this if a mistake has actually been made.
2. The letter is not in your name and is not intended for you
Is there a different name on the letter or was it delivered incorrectly? Write “unknown” on the front of the envelope and deposit it in a bpost mailbox. This is how Modero gets the letter back and we send it to the lawful recipient and deliver it.
