You can often still avoid this by responding in time.

How?

  1. Pay on time (within the specified timeframe). Modero's letter states a deadline. If you pay before that date, the procedure will stop and you will avoid additional costs.
  2. Request an installment plan. If you are unable to pay all at once, please contact us immediately. An installment plan is often possible, so attachment is not necessary. The faster you respond, the greater the chance that an arrangement can be agreed.

Tip: respond to this letter! If you do not do that, the bailiff can proceed with a custody or executive attachment.. This means seizing your salary, bank account or goods, resulting in additional costs.
