When you receive a writ of execution, it means that a certain creditor wants to see you pay a debt after previous amicable attempts have failed. A writ of execution is an enforceable title issued by a government (administration, government, etc.) that instructs the bailiff to take implementing measures against you, for example a seizure of your goods or salary.
What are your options?
- Pay the full amount. You can pay by bank transfer, the QR code on the letter, at the Modero counter or via the Kiwi app/web application.
- Request an installment plan. If you are unable to pay the amount all at once, you can suggest a repayment plan to Modero. This can be done via the Kiwi app/web application, the QR code on your letter or invoice, by email or by phone.
- Disagree with the writ of execution? In some cases, you can still file an objection. Contact Modero to discuss your options together.
Tip: do not ignore this writ of execution. Inaction leads to a seizure procedure, for example on your goods. Contact us, together we will find a viable solution for you.
