A reminder from Modero means that there is still an outstanding debt and that the creditor has expressly said he wants to pay. We only send such a letter after several reminders have been sent. It is important that you respond before the deadline, otherwise additional costs and legal action may follow.

What do you find in your reminder?

  • The outstanding amount
  • Creditor's name
  • Your file number
  • Payment options (incl. QR code)
  • Modero's contact details
  • An overview of the calculation of debt

What can you do?

  • Pay in full by bank transfer, QR code, counter or Kiwi app.
  • Request an installation plan if you can't pay everything at once.
  • Dispute the letter if you disagree with the content (in writing, with supporting documents).

Tip: do not ignore this reminder. If you do nothing, you risk additional costs and further steps such as a summons or attachment.
