Did you receive a payment invitation from Modero but has your income been seized in the meantime? Contact Modero as soon as possible. Together, we will look at what solutions are possible and avoid unnecessary additional costs.

What happens to my debts in the event of a seizure of income?

The amount collected by attachment is divided evenly among all known creditors. This will continue until your file is completely closed and all debts have been repaid. Because several debts are partially repaid at the same time, it may take longer than expected before everything is fully settled.

What if I don't get in touch?

If you stay silent, you risk additional costs due to reminders or formal notices. In some cases, this can even lead to additional legal action. So getting in touch is always the best choice.
