Every letter from Modero, registered and unregistered, has a date for which you can respond validly. Do that!

How to respond?

Depending on your financial context, you have the following options.

  • I want to pay: pay the full outstanding debt and prevent additional costs and further measures.
  • I want to pay, but I can't do it all at once: if you are unable to pay the full amount at once or you want to find another solution together: contact us. We can agree on an installment plan together. This puts the procedure on pause for a while. If your plan is approved, you can settle the outstanding debt in line with the repayment plan.
  • I can't pay: then Modero helps you too. Contact Modero: we look beyond this debt and help you find your way to wider assistance or debt mediation.
  • I do not agree: you can always file a dispute clearly explaining why you do not agree.
