Arrest

A judgment is a court ruling by a higher court at the level of the jurisdiction (Courts of Appeals and Labour Courts), the province (Courts of Assizes), the federal government (Court of Cassation, Council of State, Arbitration Court) or at the international level (e.g. Court of Human Rights). A judgment is a binding decision.
