Bailiff facilitator

A bailiff plays an essential role in the rule of law as a public ministerial officer, whose mission goes beyond the strict legal performance of tasks. A bailiff comes into daily contact with complex financial and social situations. That is why it is crucial that his interventions are not only legally correct and efficient, but also human and empathetic.

Within this context, the bailiff-facilitator takes on a special role: informing, facilitating, mediating and actively seeking amicable solutions. Each bailiff-facilitator has received specific training in communication and facilitation skills, so that they are trained in conflict management and are experienced in helping parties find a solution that is feasible and acceptable to them.
